AAA Mountain West Group (MWG) is seeking Insurance Agents to help Members with property and casualty insurance, life and roadside offerings. You will solicit new business, service existing insured Members, and retain policies while meeting sales goals.

Role includes incentive plans, promotions, and cross-selling of AAA insurance products. A guaranteed hourly base plus commissions can lead to substantial earnings for top performers.

Formación

• 3-5 years of relevant insurance industry work experience.
• Active and unrestricted state issued license(s) required to place property and casualty insurance.
• Knowledge of desktop systems including Microsoft Office software applications.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed targets as defined in the sales incentive plan.
• Conduct an insurance review to identify suitable products and coverage.
• Establish rapport with insured to enhance loyalty to the AAA brand.
• Proactively solicit and market to events and cross-sell new and existing customers.
