Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group in Alameda, CA is seeking Insurance Agents to sell Property & Casualty, Life and Roadside insurance, meeting sales goals, and delivering exceptional member service.

You will solicit new business, service existing insured Members, and participate in promotions while cross-selling products. Licensing and a proven sales background are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven success in developing and closing sales opportunities.
• Ability to present diverse insurance products to clients.
• Active and unrestricted state license to place property/casualty insurance.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and retain insureds while growing the book of business.
• Meet and exceed targets defined in the incentive plan and by management.
• Conduct insurance reviews, quote, bind and issue policies with proper guidance.
• Establish rapport to enhance brand affinity and member satisfaction.
• Cross-sell and upsell insurance products during outreach and events.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve complex service issues.
