AAA Mountain West Group in Mountain View, CA is recruiting Insurance Agents who will sell Property & Casualty, Life, and Roadside Insurance to meet sales goals while delivering outstanding member service.

You will solicit new business, service existing insured Members, and cross-sell AAA insurance products. A guaranteed hourly base of $19.70 plus commissions, with total compensation potential from $90,000 to $250,000, depending on performance.

Formación

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant insurance industry experience.
• Active and unrestricted state licenses for P&C insurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Identify customer needs to generate new sales and retain insureds.
• Meet or exceed targets per sales incentive plan.
• Conduct insurance reviews and quote, bind, and issue policies.
• Establish rapport to enhance AAA brand loyalty.
• Solicit business and cross-sell insurance products.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve service issues.
• Assist insured with first notice of loss when needed.
