Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group in Oakland, CA, is seeking Insurance Agents to grow the property & Casualty, Life and Roadside insurance book. You will solicit new business, serve existing insured Members, and retain policies while delivering an exceptional member experience.

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant insurance industry work experience required.
• Active and unrestricted state license(s) required to place property and casualty insurance.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and retain existing insured Members.
• Acquire and quote appropriate products; assist in binding policies.
• Provide exceptional member experience and cross-sell all AAA insurance products.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve complex service issues.
• Meet or exceed sales targets defined in the incentive plan.
