Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group is hiring Insurance Agents in the United States. You will sell Property & Casualty, Life and Roadside Insurance, meet sales targets, and deliver exceptional member service. This role involves soliciting new business, servicing existing policies, and cross-selling AAA insurance products.

Base pay includes a guaranteed hourly rate of $17.17 plus commissions/bonuses. Successful candidates may earn between $90,000 and $250,000 annually depending on performance and incentives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant insurance industry work experience required.
• Active and unrestricted state license(s) required to place property and casualty insurance.
• Knowledge of desktop systems including Microsoft Office software applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs to generate new sales, retain insureds and grow the book of business.
• Meet or exceed targets defined in the sales incentive plan.
• Conduct insurance reviews to identify suitable products, quote, bind and issue policies.
• Establish rapport with insureds to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
• Solicit and market to events and cross-sell insurance products.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance products and membership.
• Research and resolve complex customer service issues.
