Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group in Phoenix is seeking a Sales Agent to sell Property & Casualty and Roadside Insurance that meets the Member’s needs, using sales techniques and product knowledge to close sales and retain insureds.

This on-site role requires 2–4 years of sales experience, a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), and the ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license within 21 days. The position offers an incentive plan, and opportunities to grow within AAA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of sales experience preferred.
• Must obtain Property & Casualty license within 21 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Uses sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer needs and generate new sales.
• Meets or exceeds targets defined in the incentive plan.
• Conducts insurance reviews to identify suitable products; quotes, binds and issues policies.
• Delivers a sales and service experience that strengthens loyalty to the AAA brand.
• Solicits business and markets to events; performs outbound calling and cross-sells to customers.
