Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Owner Onboarding Manager to lead the sales site Owner Onboarding Team, delivering training, performance reviews and development. You will partner with site leadership and the sales team to identify opportunities for compliance and retention best practices through reporting, observation and owner contact.

You’ll also lead certifications and support audit processes. You will oversee coaching and development, ensure performance and compliance in the sales document

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent education or related experience.
• Strong leadership and team coaching capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and manage a high-performing onboarding team to meet retention targets.
• Monitor performance and conduct reviews; oversee payroll and training records.
• Develop and execute OKRs to improve retention, compliance and efficiency.
• Provide post-sale service to sustain sales retention and compliance.
• Collaborate with site leadership and Director to identify improvements and escalations.
