Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Owner Onboarding Representative in Anaheim to facilitate owner onboarding, deliver sales presentations, and provide post-sale education and support for club products.

You will balance proactive and reactive tasks to ensure owner satisfaction and adherence to quality standards. The role involves coordinating educational events, training the sales team, and partnering with OO Manager to drive retention and compliance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks and manage concurrent assignments.
• Ability to influence and work with diverse teams to meet retention and compliance goals.

Responsibilities

• Review and complete legal and sales documents with owners (50% time).
• Provide owner education sessions on all aspects of club products (25% of time).
• Identify patterns and training opportunities for OO Manager (10% of time).
• Provide training for the sales team on product knowledge and compliance (5% of time).
• Coordinate logistics for educational events and materials with marketing and resort teams (5% of time).
• Other site duties as assigned by OO Manager (5% of time).
