Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks an Owner Onboarding Representative to drive a smooth onboarding experience for owners, deliver education on club products, and support ongoing customer service and compliance initiatives. You will work with the OO Manager to train sales and improve retention metrics.

The role emphasizes collaboration with marketing and resort teams, plus ownership of documentation and education sessions to ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks; influence and communicate effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and complete legal and sales documents with owners per guidelines.
• Provide owner education through private or group sessions on club products and guidance for maximizing vacation ownership.
• Identify patterns and training opportunities to OO Manager.
• Provide training for sales on product knowledge and compliance as needed.
• Coordinate logistics and reporting for educational events and materials; collaborate with marketing, sales and resort teams.
• Other site duties as assigned by OO Manager.
