Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Temporary Owner Onboarding Representative to drive the onboarding experience for new and existing owners.

You will present sales documents and provide on-site education and services for club products, ensuring a smooth post-sale process and compliance with company standards. You will partner with OO Manager to train sales teams, identify opportunity areas, and balance proactive and reactive work to maximize owner satisfaction and retention, while contributing to

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks.
• Ability to manage concurrent assignments effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Review and complete legal and sales documents with owners following established process/guidelines (50% time).
• Provide Owner Education to owners through curriculum in private one-on-one or group sessions on club products and post-sale customer service.
