Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Owner Onboarding Manager in Park City to lead the Owner Onboarding Team, drive training, and ensure compliance and retention through the sales document process and excellent customer service.

The role partners with site leaders to identify training opportunities and supports business goals by delivering effective certifications and improvements. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent of education and related experience.
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with leadership, coaching, and performance reviews.

Responsabilités

• Hire, train and manage team to reflect Travel and Leisure culture.
• Monitor performance and oversee reviews and payroll.
• Develops operational plans via OKRs to maximize effectiveness and retention.
• Provide post-sale customer service for retention and compliance.
• Partner with Director of Owner Onboarding and site leadership.
