Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Owner Onboarding Representative to deliver sales presentations and provide on-site education for club products. You will support owners, ensure documentation accuracy, and collaborate with the OO Manager to improve training and compliance.

This role emphasizes ownership education, sales support, and process compliance in a dynamic hospitality environment, with opportunities to influence retention metrics and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in sales support, onboarding or customer education is preferred.
• Knowledge of contract standards and compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review and complete legal and sales documents with owners following process guidelines.
• Provide owner education sessions on club products in private or group settings.
• Identify trends and training opportunities to improve retention and compliance.
• Train sales team on product knowledge, documents, and compliance as needed.
• Coordinate logistics for educational events and materials with marketing and resort teams.
• Perform other site duties as assigned by OO Manager.
