Travel + Leisure Co. seeks an Owner Onboarding Manager to lead the Owner Onboarding Team, oversee training and certification, and partner with site leaders to optimize retention and compliant sales.

You will drive performance, coach staff, and manage the documentation process across the sales sites. The role requires a Bachelor degree or equivalent, real estate license, and strong communication plus leadership abilities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent of education and directly related experience.
• Colorado Brokers Real Estate License required or ability to obtain.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, train and manage team to reflect Travel and Leisure culture.
• Coach, motivate and develop team to meet goals and retention targets.
• Monitor performance and productivity of the team.
• Oversee performance review process and payroll for the department.
• Ensure compliance and training through the owner onboarding process.
