Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Owner Onboarding Representative in Indio, CA to drive the onboarding experience for owners and support club product education. You will present sales documents, assist with post-sale service, and help ensure compliance and high-quality service.

The role emphasizes training for the sales team, coordinating educational events, and maintaining strong customer relationships while balancing proactive and reactive work to maximize owner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks.
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Technical knowledge of Workday courses and sales training.

Responsibilities

• Review and complete legal and sales documents with owners following established guidelines.
• Provide Owner Education to owners through topic curriculum in one-on-one or group settings.
• Identify patterns and training opportunities to OO Manager.
• Provide training for the sales team on product knowledge, documents, and compliance.
• Coordinate logistics and reporting for educational events and materials.
