Responsibilities

• Review and complete legal and sales documents with owners following established guidelines.
• Provide owner education sessions on club products and vacation ownership.
• Support post-sale customer service for sales retention and compliance.
• Identify patterns and training needs to improve compliance and rescission goals.
• Provide training for the sales team on product knowledge and sales content.
• Coordinate logistics and reporting for educational events with marketing and resort teams.
