Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Owner Onboarding Representative to guide new and existing owners through education and sales presentations. You will support post-sale customer service, ensure compliance, and help maximize vacation ownership benefits.

The role focuses on delivering educational sessions, coordinating events, and collaborating with marketing and resort teams to improve retention and satisfaction across purchases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1+ year Wyndham sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Review and complete legal and sales documents with owners following established process (50%).
• Provide Owner Education to owners through curriculum in private or group sessions (25%).
• Identify patterns, trends, and training opportunities for OO Manager (10%).
• Provide training for the sales team on product knowledge, documents, and compliance (5%).
• Coordinate logistics and reporting for educational events with in-house teams (5%).
• Perform other site duties as assigned by OO Manager (5%).
