Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Owner Onboarding Representative in Las Vegas to facilitate the onboarding of owners, deliver sales document presentations, and provide on-site education and customer support for club products.

This role balances proactive outreach with reactive service, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong communication, organizational, and sales skills, and may require a Nevada Real Estate Timeshare Sales Agent License

Responsibilities

• Review and complete legal and sales documents with owners per guidelines.
• Provide owner education sessions on club products and post-sale support.
• Identify patterns and training needs to inform OO Manager.
• Train sales team on product knowledge, documents, and compliance.
• Coordinate logistics for educational events with marketing and resort teams.
• Perform other site duties as assigned by OO Manager.
