Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Orlando seeks an Owner Onboarding Representative to deliver sales presentations, educate owners on club products, and ensure an onboarding experience that aligns with company standards.

You will collaborate with the OO Manager to identify training needs, support sales with product knowledge and compliance, and coordinate educational events to boost retention and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks across multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and complete legal and sales documents with owners following established process/guidelines (50% time).
• Provide Owner Education to owners through topic curriculum in private or group sessions on club products.
• Identify patterns, trends, training opportunities and compliance concerns to OO Manager.
• Provide training for the sales team in product knowledge and compliance as needed.
• Coordinate logistics for educational events and collaborate with marketing and resort teams.
• Perform other site duties as assigned by OO Manager.
