Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Owner Onboarding Representative to drive the owner onboarding experience, deliver sales document presentations, and provide frontline customer support for club products. You will partner with OO Manager to identify training needs and help ensure compliance and retention goals.

The role emphasizes education, proactive outreach, and collaboration with resort teams to enhance the owner experience and post-sale service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Ability to educate owners on club products and education programs.
• Experience in owner onboarding or related sales support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and complete legal and sales documents with owners following established processes.
• Provide Owner Education sessions individually or in groups about club products and benefits.
• Identify trends, training needs, and compliance concerns to OO Manager.
• Train sales team on product knowledge, document content, and compliance.
• Coordinate logistics for educational events and materials with marketing, sales, and resort teams.
• Perform other site duties as assigned by OO Manager.
