Responsibilities

• Aggressive territory prospecting with daily cold calls and site visits.
• Perform site assessments and provide custom-engineered dock/door solutions.
• Collaborate with service technicians to convert leads into contracts and upgrades.
• Manage relationships to build a robust sales pipeline with long-term clients.
• Create precise proposals and ensure safety and technical specs are met.
• Market the brand through networking, drops-ins, and professional presentations.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
