Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Santa Clara, CA is looking for an overnight Sales & Service Overnight (SSO) to join our Club Operations team. You will greet members, assist with enrollments, and help keep the club clean, safe and welcoming through an overnight shift.

Engage guests, answer questions about memberships, present services, and encourage participation in Personal Training and other add-ons. Deliver friendly service, resolve concerns, and contribute to a best-in-class member experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer service and member interactions.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
• CPR & AED certification required (will be provided).
• Must complete SSO training prior to working alone at the front desk.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, assist with check-in and inquiries.
• Support enrollment and tours, promoting memberships and services.
• Sell in-club promotions and add-on services (Personal Training, etc.).
• Maintain a clean, safe club environment and resolve member concerns.
