Job summary

24 Hour Fitness Sunnyvale is seeking an overnight Sales & Service Overnight (SSO) associate to greet members, assist with check-ins, answer questions, and guide them toward fitness goals. The role emphasizes a clean, friendly club environment and proactive member support, including onboarding new members with tours and service guidance.

The SSO collaborates on member engagement, retail promotions, and resolving concerns, reporting to the Sales & Service Manager. Overnight shift required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR & AED certification required (provided by 24 Hour Fitness).
• Must complete SSO training prior to working alone at the front desk.
• 6-12 months experience in customer service.
• Prior overnight shift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members with a friendly check-in and promptly address needs.
• Maintain relationships with members and serve as a resource for questions.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate when needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe club floor and locker rooms.
• Assist with tours, membership questions, and onboarding of new members.
• Sell retail products and promote in-club promotions.
