Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Sales & Service Overnight (SSO) to join the Club Operations team. This dedicated overnight role greets members, assists with enrollments, resolves concerns, and helps maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment.

You will engage guests, showcase amenities, conduct tours, promote Personal Training and add-on memberships, and drive in-club promotions while reporting to the Sales & Service Manager.

Qualifications

• All 24 Hour Fitness Membership sales and administrative processes.
• Computer skills for using 24 Hour Fitness systems and other common applications as needed.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills both oral and written.
• Organization skills.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Member Engagement: ensure friendly greeting/check-in, maintain relations, resolve concerns, keep areas clean and safe, perform team cleans.
• Guest Experience & New Member Onboarding: greet guests, offer tours, answer questions, promote fitness services and enrollments.
• Retail Merchandising: sell products, maintain planograms, promote in-club offers and services.
