Job summary

Meritas Advisory Group, LLC seeks an Overnight RN Supervisor to oversee clinical and facility operations during the 11:00 PM–7:00 AM shift in Connecticut. The role provides night-time clinical leadership, triage, and staff supervision to ensure resident safety and continuity of care.

You will lead nocturnal rounds, coordinate admissions and change-of-shift handoffs, and ensure accurate EMR documentation per DPH and CMS standards.

Qualifications

• RN license active in Connecticut
• 2–3 years clinical nursing in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab
• Overnight supervisory/leadership experience preferred
• Clinical autonomy for night-shift operations
• Experience using EMR for documentation and incident reporting

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight clinical care across units during 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Triage and respond to emergencies for night staff
• Conduct regular nocturnal rounds; monitor infection control and safety
• Manage admissions, transfers, and morning shift handoffs
• Lead and support overnight RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Ensure EMR documentation complies with DPH and CMS requirements
