Hire Consulting Services is seeking an Overnight RN Supervisor (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) in Connecticut for a permanent, on-site leadership role. The incumbent will oversee nocturnal clinical operations, guide night staff, and ensure resident safety with autonomous decision-making.

The ideal candidate has an active CT RN license and 2–3 years in SNF/LTC or sub-acute settings, plus EMR experience (PointClickCare) to document events and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active CT RN license; 2–3 years SNF/LTC or sub-acute rehab nursing experience.
• Overnight supervisor/leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment with autonomous decision-making during night shifts.
• Familiarity with EMR documentation and incident reporting (e.g., PointClickCare).

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight clinical operations 11:00 PM–7:00 AM across units.
• Provide triage support and respond to urgent clinical changes and emergencies.
• Lead night shift staff; ensure safety, quality of care, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and morning shift handoffs; complete documentation.
