Qualifications

• RN licensed in the State of Connecticut.
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical nursing in SNF/LTC/sub-acute setting.
• Experience as overnight supervisor or charge nurse preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and independent decision‑making for night shifts.

Responsabilités

• Overnight clinical supervision across all units during 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.
• Triage and emergency response as primary clinical resource for night staff.
• Conduct nocturnal rounds focusing on care delivery, infection control, med administration, safety.
• Manage admissions/transfers and hand off to day leadership.
• Lead and support overnight RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
