The ideal candidate holds an active Connecticut RN license, has 2–3 years in SNF/LTC settings, and demonstrates strong critical thinking and EMR proficiency (PointClickCare).

Qualifications

• Connecticut RN license required
• 2–3 years of SNF/LTC or sub-acute rehab experience
• Overnight supervisor/leadership experience preferred
• EMR proficiency with systems like PointClickCare

Responsibilities

• Overnight clinical supervision across all units during 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Triage and emergency response for night staff
• Unit rounds, infection control, med administration, safety compliance
• Admissions and change-of-shift coordination with day leadership
• Lead overnight RNs, LPNs, CNAs and ensure continuity of care
