Job summary

Management Performance Associates seeks an Overnight RN Supervisor for a 11:00 PM–7:00 AM shift in Connecticut. You will provide clinical oversight across nursing units, triage urgent changes, and supervise night staff to maintain resident safety and continuity of care.

This free-floating leadership role requires autonomy and strong EMR documentation. The position emphasizes night‑shift leadership, adherence to DPH and CMS regulations, and thorough collaboration with admissions and the morning

Qualifications

• Current, active, and unrestricted RN license in CT.
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab.
• Overnight supervisor/leadership experience preferred.
• Clinical autonomy and independent decision‑making for night operations.
• EMR proficiency with clinical documentation and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Overnight clinical supervision across all units during 11:00 PM–7:00 AM shift.
• Triage and emergency response as primary clinical resource for night staff.
• Unit support and rounds to monitor nocturnal care, infection control, meds, safety.
• Admissions and change-of-shift coordination; morning handoffs to day leadership.
• Lead and support overnight RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; foster accountable night shift environment.
• Ensure EMR documentation complies with DPH/CMS regulations.
