Job summary

Essenti Talent is seeking an Overnight RN Supervisor to lead clinical operations on the 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift in Connecticut. You will provide night-time clinical oversight, triage support, and administrative supervision across nursing units.

The role requires CT RN licensure, 2–3 years in SNF/LTC, and experience with EMR systems such as PointClickCare. You will guide night staff and ensure safe, continuous care through dawn handoffs.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Connecticut
• 2–3 years clinical nursing in SNF/LTC/sub-acute care
• Experience as overnight supervisor or charge nurse preferred
• Proficient in EMR documentation and incident reporting

Responsibilities

• Overnight clinical supervision across all units during 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Triage and respond to emergencies and resident status changes
• Conduct nocturnal rounds focusing on care delivery, infection control, med administration, safety
• Manage late-night admissions/transfers and morning handoffs
• Lead and support night shift staff (RNs/LPNs/CNAs)
• Ensure EMR compliance and regulatory documentation
