Job summary

Htprof is seeking an Overnight RN Supervisor to lead clinical operations during the 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift in Connecticut. The role oversees night staff, triages events, and ensures continuity of care across units with strict documentation standards.

You will support admissions, rounds, and handoffs while maintaining regulatory compliance and high patient safety standards. A CT RN license and 2–3 years of SNF/LTC experience are required.

Qualifications

• Current, active CT RN license is required.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab.
• Overnight leadership experience preferred (night shift).
• Experience using EMR systems for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Overnight clinical supervision across all units during 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, ensuring safety and quality care.
• Triage and emergency response as the primary clinical resource for night staff.
• Conduct nightly rounds to monitor nocturnal care, infection control, meds, and safety.
• Manage late-night admissions, transfers, and morning shift handoffs.
• Guide overnight RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, fostering a supportive night-shift environment.
• Ensure EMR documentation complies with DPH and CMS regulations.
