Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking an Overnight RN Supervisor for a 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift in Connecticut. The role oversees clinical operations, triage, and supervision across nursing units, ensuring resident safety and high-quality nocturnal care.

Ideal candidates hold a CT RN license, have 2–3 years SNF/LTC experience, and can lead night staff with autonomous clinical judgment. EMR documentation accuracy is essential for CMS and DPH compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years in SNF/LTC or sub-acute care.
• Overnight leadership/charge nurse experience preferred.
• EMR experience (PointClickCare or equivalent).

Aufgaben

• Overnight clinical supervision across all units from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Triage and emergency response as the primary clinical resource.
• Conduct nocturnal rounds focusing on care, infection control, meds, and safety.
• Manage late-night admissions/transfers and morning shift handoffs.
• Lead and support overnight RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Ensure EMR documentation complies with DPH and CMS requirements.
