Workforce Recruiter is seeking an Overnight RN Supervisor for the 11:00 PM–7:00 AM shift in Connecticut. The role oversees overnight clinical operations, triage support, and administrative supervision across nursing units to maintain resident safety and continuity of care through dawn.

Responsibilities include night-rounds, admissions handling, and directing RNs/LPNs/CNAs. Proficiency with EMR systems like PointClickCare is expected, with compliance to DPH and CMS regulations.

Qualifications

• Current, active, and unrestricted RN license in the State of Connecticut.
• 2–3 years clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab.
• Overnight leadership experience or related supervisory roles preferred.
• Experience with EMR documentation (PointClickCare) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee overnight clinical supervision across units during the 11:00 PM–7:00 AM shift.
• Serve as triage and emergency response resource for night shift staff; make decisive clinical evaluations.
• Conduct nocturnal rounds focusing on care delivery, infection control, and safety compliance.
• Manage late-night or early-morning admissions, transfers, and clinical documentation; conduct morning shift handoffs.
• Lead and support overnight RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, promoting a accountable night shift environment.
• Ensure EMR documentation complies with Connecticut DPH and CMS regulations.
