Qualifications

• Active CT RN license required.
• 2–3 years clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute settings preferred.
• Strong leadership and night-shift supervision abilities.
• Proficient in EMR documentation and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight clinical operations on 11:00 PM–7:00 AM shift across all units.
• Serve as primary night-time clinical resource for triage and emergencies.
• Conduct nocturnal rounds focusing on care delivery, infection control, med administration, safety.
• Coordinate admissions and change-of-shift handoffs with day leadership.
• Lead and support overnight RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure accountability and continuity of care.
• Ensure EMR documentation compliance with CT DPH and CMS regulations.
