Sora Resource Group is seeking an Overnight RN Supervisor for Connecticut facilities. The role provides clinical leadership from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, ensuring resident safety, staff support, and seamless night-to-morning care transitions.

Qualifications include an active Connecticut RN license, 2–3 years in SNF/LTC or sub-acute care, and strong clinical autonomy with EMR experience (PointClickCare). This is a direct-hire, on-site leadership position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years of nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab.
• Overnight leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical autonomy and decision-making for night shifts.
• Experience using EMR systems for documentation and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight clinical supervision across all units (11:00 PM–7:00 AM).
• Serve as primary triage/clinical resource for night staff; respond to emergencies.
• Conduct night rounds; monitor infection control, meds, safety.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and morning shift handoffs.
• Lead and support overnight RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Ensure EMR documentation meets DPH and CMS requirements.
