Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut
• Minimum 2–3 years clinical nursing in SNF/LTC/sub-acute
• Overnight leadership experience preferred (e.g., charge nurse)
• Proficient use of EMR systems for documentation and reporting

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight clinical operations from 11:00 PM–7:00 AM across units
• Serve as primary clinical resource for night staff; triage and evaluate incidents
• Perform regular rounds focusing on nocturnal care, infection control, meds, safety
• Coordinate late-night admissions/transfers and morning shift handoffs
• Lead and support overnight RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Ensure EMR documentation complies with CT DPH and CMS regulations
