Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC in Connecticut is seeking an Overnight RN Supervisor for the 11:00 PM–7:00 AM shift to oversee clinical and facility operations across nursing units. You will deliver autonomous night-time clinical oversight, ensure resident safety, and support the night staff while coordinating morning handoffs.

The role requires an active CT RN license, 2–3 years in SNF/LTC, and proven leadership in night shift settings. EMR experience (e.g., PointClickCare) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years of RN nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab.
• Experience as overnight supervisor, charge nurse, or desk nurse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overnight clinical supervision across units during 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.
• Provide triage and emergency response support for night shift staff.
