Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Overnight RN Supervisor for the 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift in Connecticut. The role oversees overnight clinical operations and provides triage support and administrative supervision across nursing units.

The position requires an active CT RN license, 2–3 years in SNF/LTC, and prior overnight leadership experience with strong clinical autonomy. EMR proficiency, including PointClickCare, is expected.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute settings.
• Overnight leadership experience preferred (e.g., night shift supervisor).
• Clinical autonomy for night-shift operational management.
• Experience using EMR systems such as PointClickCare for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Overnight clinical supervision across all units from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Triage and emergency response support for night staff; decisive clinical evaluations.
• Conduct nocturnal rounds to monitor care delivery, infection control, meds, and safety.
• Manage late-night admissions/transfers and morning shift handoffs.
• Lead and support overnight RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, fostering accountability.
• Ensure EMR documentation and regulatory compliance (DPH/CMS).
