Your Talent Team is seeking an Overnight RN Supervisor (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) in Connecticut to provide clinical leadership across all units during night hours. You will triage emergencies, supervise RNs/LPNs/CNAs, and ensure accurate EMR documentation while maintaining resident safety.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years SNF/LTC experience, an active CT RN license, and prior overnight supervisory roles. The position is permanent, on-site, with comprehensive benefits and a focus on regulatory

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut
• 2–3 years of SNF/LTC or sub-acute care experience
• Experience supervising night-shift staff preferred

Responsabilités

• Provide overnight clinical leadership across units from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Serve as primary clinical resource for triage and emergencies
• Conduct nocturnal rounds, infection control, and medication administration oversight
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and morning shift handoffs
• Model and supervise nursing staff, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance
