Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. seeks an Overnight RN Supervisor for the 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift at a Connecticut healthcare and senior living facility.

You’ll provide clinical oversight, triage support, and administrative supervision across nursing units to ensure resident safety and continuity of care. The role requires CT RN licensure, 2–3 years’ SNF/LTC experience, overnight leadership, and EMR proficiency (PointClickCare).

Qualifications

• Current, active, and unrestricted RN license in Connecticut.
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF), LTC, or sub-acute setting.
• Prior overnight supervisor/charge nurse/unit manager experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and independent decision-making for night-shift management.
• Experience using EMR systems (e.g., PointClickCare) for documentation and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Overnight Clinical Supervision across all units during 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift.
• Triage & emergency response as primary clinical resource for night staff.
• Unit support: rounds, infection control, med administration, safety compliance.
• Admissions & change-of-shift coordination; morning handoffs to day leadership.
• Lead and support overnight RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; foster accountability.
• Ensure EMR documentation complies with DPH and CMS regulations.
