Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC is assisting a Connecticut-based healthcare and senior living provider to recruit an Overnight RN Supervisor for the 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift. You will oversee overnight clinical operations, triage and staff supervision across units, ensuring resident safety and seamless morning handoffs.

CT RN licensure, 2–3 years in SNF/LTC, EMR proficiency (PointClickCare), and strong night‑shift leadership are required.

Qualifications

• RN license in Connecticut (active, unrestricted)
• 2–3 years clinical nursing in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab
• Overnight supervisor/leadership experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to make independent decisions
• Proficient in EMR documentation and incident reporting

Responsibilities

• Overnight clinical supervision across units during 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Triage and emergency response for night staff
• Conduct nocturnal rounds and ensure safety, infection control, and medication administration
• Manage late-night admissions/transfers and morning handoffs
• Lead and support night shift RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Ensure regulatory compliance and thorough EMR documentation
