Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. seeks an Overnight RN Supervisor to oversee clinical and facility operations during the 11:00 PM–7:00 AM shift in Connecticut. The role emphasizes overnight leadership, triage support, and ensuring continuity of care across nursing units.

The incumbent will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, perform rounds, manage admissions and shift handoffs, and ensure EMR documentation complies with DPH and CMS regulations. CT licensure and SNF/LTC experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in CT.
• Minimum 2–3 years clinical nursing in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab.
• Overnight leadership experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and independent decision-making for night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Overnight clinical supervision across all units (11:00 PM–7:00 AM).
• Triage and emergency response for night staff and residents.
• Conduct nocturnal rounds focusing on care delivery, infection control, meds, safety.
