The ideal candidate will hold an active Connecticut RN license, have 2–3 years of SNF/LTC or sub-acute experience, and be proficient with EMR systems (e.g., PointClickCare).

Qualifications

• Active CT RN license required.
• 2–3 years of SNF/LTC or sub-acute experience.
• Overnight leadership or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR systems for clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Overnight Clinical Supervision across units during 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.
• Triage & emergency response for night staff and residents.
• Conduct nocturnal rounds, infection control, med administration, safety checks.
• Manage admissions/transfers and morning shift handoffs.
• Lead overnight staff and ensure accountability.
• Maintain regulatory-compliant EMR documentation.
