Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking an Overnight RN Supervisor to oversee clinical operations during the 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift at a Connecticut facility. This direct-hire, on-site role focuses on leadership, patient safety, and regulatory compliance across nursing units.

The ideal candidate will have an active CT RN license, 2–3 years in SNF/LTC or sub-acute rehab, and experience with EMR systems such as PointClickCare. Strong clinical judgment and night-shift supervision are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab.
• Overnight supervisor/leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems (e.g., PointClickCare) for documentation.
• Commitment to resident safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Overnight clinical supervision across all units during 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• Triage and emergency response for night shift staff and residents.
• Conduct nocturnal rounds focusing on care delivery, infection control, and medication administration.
• Manage late-night admissions/transfers and morning handoff reports.
• Lead overnight staff and ensure compliance with documentation and regulations.
