Qualifications

Experience with EMR documentation and incident reporting

Responsibilities

Overnight Clinical Supervision across all units during 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
Triage & emergency response as primary clinical resource for night staff
Conduct nocturnal rounds for care delivery, infection control, med admin, safety
Manage admissions/transfers and hand off to day leadership
Lead and support overnight RNs, LPNs, CNAs
Ensure EMR documentation complies with DPH and CMS
