Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. in Connecticut seeks a dependable Overnight RN Supervisor (Free-Floating) to oversee overnight clinical and facility operations for the 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift.

The role provides active clinical oversight, triage support, and administrative supervision across the facility's nursing units. You will ensure resident safety, support night staff, manage late-night admissions, and conduct morning shift handoffs to start the day.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active RN license in Connecticut.
• Minimum 2–3 years nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute care.
• Experience as overnight supervisor or charge role preferred.
• Strong clinical autonomy and decision-making for night shift.

Responsibilities

• Overnight clinical supervision across all units during 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.
• Triage and emergency response for night staff and residents.
• Conduct regular rounds on nocturnal care, infection control, meds, safety.
• Manage late-night admissions, transfers, and morning shift handoffs.
• Lead and support overnight RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Ensure EMR documentation complies with DPH and CMS regulations.
