Job summary

Ashford Connex, LLC in Connecticut is seeking a dependable Overnight RN Supervisor (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) to oversee overnight clinical and facility operations. This direct-hire, on-site role focuses on maintaining resident safety, guiding night staff, and ensuring seamless continuity of care through dawn changeovers.

Responsibilities include overnight clinical supervision, triage during emergencies, nocturnal rounds, admissions and shift handoffs, staff leadership, and ensuring EMR documentation

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute settings.
• Overnight supervision or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overnight Clinical Supervision across units during 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.
• Triage & Emergency Response for night staff and incidents.
• Unit Rounds, infection control, medication administration, safety compliance.
• Admissions & Change-of-Shift coordination with morning leadership.
• Staff Leadership & Support for night shift nursing team.
• Regulatory Compliance & EMR documentation per CT DPH & CMS.
