Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking an Overnight RN Supervisor to oversee clinical and facility operations on the 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift at our Connecticut sites.

This on-site, direct-hire role requires strong clinical judgment, triage skills, and leadership of night staff across nursing units. The ideal candidate will hold an active Connecticut RN license, have 2–3 years of SNF/LTC experience, and be proficient with EMR systems (e.g., PointClickCare).

Qualifications

• Current, active, and unrestricted CT RN license.
• 2–3 years clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC or similar setting.
• Overnight supervisor/leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making for night-shift operations.
• Experience with EMR documentation and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Overnight Clinical Supervision across units during 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.
• Triage and respond to emergencies and clinical changes.
• Conduct regular nocturnal rounds focusing on care delivery, infection control, and safety.
• Manage late-night admissions, transfers and handoffs to morning leadership.
• Lead and support night staff including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Ensure EMR documentation compliance with CT DPH and CMS regulations.
