Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator in Denver, CO to deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents, and to support property staff with resident activities and a high-quality living experience.

The role involves coordinating resident functions, publishing newsletters, handling resident issues, managing rentals and events, processing work orders, and ensuring safety and upkeep of buildings.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate events and programs for residents.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all resident functions and activities, including orientation and package delivery reminders.
• Develops and publishes the property newsletter about events and resident services.
• Handles resident issues and maintains incident reports.
• Manages rental contracts for activity spaces and delivers amenities to residents.
• Processes work orders for maintenance and follows up on satisfaction.
• Inspects buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness.
