Greystar is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to deliver superior customer service to prospective and current residents and property staff. You will assist with planning resident activities, promote a quality living experience, and coordinate daily operations at the property located in Utah.

The role involves handling resident issues, scheduling events, publishing newsletters, and supporting maintenance coordination to ensure satisfaction and safety for all residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or leasing environments.
• Ability to coordinate resident activities and respond to resident needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all resident functions and orient new residents to the property.
• Develop and publish a property newsletter with events, services, and ads.
• Handle resident issues, disputes, maintenance requests, and incident reporting.
• Schedule clubhouse rentals, manage contracts, and collect related fees.
• Process work orders for maintenance, follow up on completion, and provide resident feedback.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, flag repairs.
