Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing/Resident Services professional to greet residents and prospects, answer calls, and coordinate move-ins/out, ensuring amenities are tour-ready each morning. You will manage packages, service logs, and activity planning while maintaining strong local vendor relationships and resident information resources.

The role emphasizes guest comfort, accurate scheduling, and timely communication to support a positive living experience across the community.

Responsibilities

• Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and makes them comfortable while they wait to speak with a team member.
• Answers calls, routes to the right team member, and assists with service request callbacks as needed.
• Manages the guest suite and loading dock/elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs.
• Ensures clubhouse amenities are tour-ready before leasing office opens each morning.
• Handles package deliveries by logging arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours.
• Keeps logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning and other community services.
• Supports scheduling, planning and organization of resident activities and programs.
• Maintains local area information and cultivates relationships with concierge vendors.
